What Can Be Refunded?
Refunds are issued only in the following scenarios:
- Out-of-Stock Items: If any item in your order is out of stock or sells out before we can procure it, you will be entitled to a full refund for that item.
- Missing or Lost Parcels: If your parcel is marked as 'Delivered' but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier service and, based on our findings, determine if a refund, replacement, or compensation is appropriate.
Please Note:
- Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds.
- Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. All sales are final unless an item is out of stock.
Our Process for Out-of-Stock Items
During the purchasing process, we actively work to source all items in your order. If we are unable to procure an item, we will:
- Notify you via WhatsApp or Instagram before your order is shipped.
- Offer you two options:
- A full refund for the unavailable item.
- An exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the new item has a lower price, we will refund the price difference.
- Process the refund promptly according to the guidelines below.
The Refund Process
To initiate a refund for an eligible issue, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
- You must provide your bank account details (account number, bank name, etc.) to our team to facilitate the refund.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Once your refund is approved and we have received your necessary details:
- Bank Transfer Refunds: Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
